Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with J&J Kicks. We strive to provide you with the best products and service possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy Overview:

  • J&J Kicks does not offer refunds on purchases.
  • We only offer store credit for items returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Store credit is valid for future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • All returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Only a manager is allowed to issue store credit.
  • Store credit may only be issued IN-STORE.
  • Please understand that there are no exceptions to this.

Eligibility for Store Credit

To be eligible for store credit, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be returned in-store in new and unused condition.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. All tags must be attached to the item.
  4. The return must be initiated within [number of days] days of the original purchase date.
  5. Proof of purchase must be presented.

Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items without their original packaging or tags.
  • Final sale items.
