Refund Policy Overview:
- J&J Kicks does not offer refunds on purchases.
- We only offer store credit for items returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Store credit is valid for future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- All returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Only a manager is allowed to issue store credit.
- Store credit may only be issued IN-STORE.
- Please understand that there are no exceptions to this.

To be eligible for store credit, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in-store in new and unused condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All tags must be attached to the item.
